By installing and using CleanTube ("the Extension"), operated by US Support LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

CleanTube is a browser extension that provides content filtering capabilities for YouTube, including:

• Blocking comments from specific users
• Hiding videos from specific channels
• Filtering content containing specific keywords

The Extension operates entirely on your local device and does not transmit data to external servers.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use CleanTube for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is revocable at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CleanTube only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Extension
• Use the Extension for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to bypass YouTube's terms of service or security measures
• Use the Extension to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Redistribute or sell the Extension
• Use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws

5. No Affiliation

CleanTube is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or Alphabet Inc. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions
• Computer damage or system failure
• Cost of substitute products or services

This applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Functionality and Availability

We do not guarantee that:

• The Extension will always work with YouTube's current or future interface
• All content will be successfully filtered
• The Extension will be continuously available or updated
• The Extension will meet your specific requirements

YouTube may change their website at any time, which could affect the Extension's functionality.

9. Privacy

Your use of CleanTube is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains that we don't collect any personal data.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Extension at any time
• Update these Terms of Service
• Change features or functionality

Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Intellectual Property

CleanTube and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by US Support LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate by uninstalling the Extension. We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Support LLC, CleanTube, and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and US Support LLC regarding the use of the CleanTube Extension and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
